Hi... OK I need help fast. I need to stay awake tonight and tomorrow for school purposes. there's just too much for me to do and there is no way I can sleep either days... otherwise I'm going to get sc***ed really bad and lose a lot of marks. please suggest something that will help me stay awake...

i know it's not healthy for me and I should be getting my 7- 9 hr sleep every day, but this is very very important and I absolutely have to stay awake! otherwise i might fail and i can't afford to do that!

also, i work after school till very late in the night which tires me out, but that leaves me no time for my studies during the day (right now I can't afford to stop working, i have no other sources of income) ...

please suggest somethig that will help me stay awake. i'm desperate!

I had the same thing when I was in school. No coffee, it gets you awake but wears off and makes you more tired than you started out. Eat lots of apples. They should keep you awake. Also focus on your work. Dont take to many breaks or else you may fall asleep. Good luck

This exact thing happened to me this past weekend. But you cannot not sleep. I thought I didn't have time to sleep, but TRUST ME, you do and you must. This is what I did.
Friday 12:30p.m-2:00a.m STUDY (13.5 hrs)
2:00a.m. - 7:00a.m. SLEEP (5 hrs)
Saturday 7:00a.m - 2:00a.m STUDY (13.5 hrs)
2:00a.m. - 7:00a.m. SLEEP (5 hrs)
Sunday 7:00a.m - 2:30 STUDY (14 hrs)

This is A LOT of school work time, you should be able to finish ALL your work! :o)
You will be tempted to surf the web or turn the tv on but DON'T. And you have enough sleep to live off of. 5 hours is a lot for some people lol.
Start studying NOW! Go to sleep like a 2:00 and then wake up at 5:00 (since its only 2 days you dont need that much sleep). Then work all day tomorrow. You can do it!! Good Luck!!

the best way to stay awake through this time period is not use substances it will just burn you out. the best way to handle it is to take little cat naps, say of 30 minutes or so when you can't keep your eyes open anymore. set the alarm. wake up refreshed.

a story i heard from an airline pilot was the best way to get some rest when having to stay up for long period of time was to sleep with some keys clutched in your palmes with your hand over an edge of a chair, table or bed. when you drop the keys, about 20 mins, you'll wake up a little tired but not as much as you were.

basically no unatrual sugars - stay away from the coffees and coke, eat all natural stuff like an obove poster stayed. Fruit, veggies, nuts, etc...there is probably stuff on the internet that will help you find food to naturally keep up your energy.

Sugars and drink volt. Stay up late doing your homework. Play games on the computer online and try to get someone to talk to.

Idunno why, yet yeah it particularly is uncomplicated for me. yet i do in comparison to doing it. If I had no selection and that i had to do an all-nighter my recommendations could rapidly wake me up each and every time i'm bout to sleep.
