I have had Identity Theft happen to me on MySpace, and they are refusing to do anything to help me.

i feel bad for you having identity theft i had it too
I dont think you can do anything to them couse they gonna throw it right back at you.
they have ways to make you safer on myspace but its your choice and if you're not cutioned on the net you can be in a big truble not only Myspace but anywhere on the net>
A lot of people seem to blame Myspace for all kinds of stoff.
My advice to all of thosr is Dont blame them. And DONT JOIN THEM if you want your private life to be private

Newspapers are a great way to get attention. Share your story with them, and maybe they'll publish it. There should also be some contact info on MySpace.com, for legal stuff like that. Be aware that MySpace is a giant corporation, though, and legal matters can be messy...

Get the media involved...the last thing myspace or any big corporation wants is bad publicity...so get your local news station involved or something of that nature
