If it ends up with a happy ending, try "Hope Springs Eternal" or something like that. Have it set in a place called Hope Springs and go from there.
I've always wanted to write a book and set it in a place called Hope Springs just so I could use that title. :o) Unfortunately, I don't think that's ever going to happen.

Well, considering I don't much about this book, it's hard to come up with a title on the spot, but I would say that called you story Untitled might be good...

2. Too far to come back
3. What Might Have Been
4. Run faster and You might escape
5. Distant Pains
