is a 4th class power engineer a noble and hard job?do peolp look at them as smart people?

i mean would you admire a job like that or is it a bull crap job?

4th class is entry level, the 2nd class guys at the heavy oil plant i work at in northern Alberta aren't saying but they make at least 80 to 100 thousand a year, yeah it's hard, and yeah they're smart
