Low pressure fuel pump (in the tank) or pump relay

Again it could be a bad pump. You may also have a partially clogged line coming from the tank, the sock in side the tank may be clogged. you might have a bad vent tube on it as well that is causing a vacuum inside the tank.

your truck has 2 fuel pumps, 1 in each tank, you probably have a weak pump in that tank

The fuel switch between tanks goes bad on those. It was recalled for that, and they might still replace it for free.

Switch it out for a Chevy of the same year they have but 1 pump.

you might have crap in your lines or low fuel pressure from that tank if they have separate pumps
