well, he and hilary and the whitewater "scandal" was another fishing trip that didnt pan out. They made a bunch of money in the market, and there were accusations of improper trading and insider knowledge. There was another investigation into improper use of the white house guest rooms and guest list. There were many more. . I dont think that any of these were actually scandals, or even whether or not they had any basis at all, no matter how hard the republicans pushed to make them so. Then again, bush and reagan and olli north had scandals too, and probably george washington did also, its nothing new and is about the only bipartisan thing I can name.

Whitewater was an Arkansas Housing Development that broke the bank on a savings and loan brfore S&L's were insured by FDIC. All the depositors lost their savings. Hillary was the lead attorney for the development company. She refused at the time to provide documents to congressional hearings saying that she didn't have them and later it was found that they were in her possession. Man named Vince Foster who was an assosciate of her and Bill's was found dead in a national park one morning, death was ruled a suicide over the objections of some of Mr. Foster's close friends. This is kind of over simplified and it never was cleared up to a level that satisfied me, particularly the missing documents.

whitewater, the travelgate fiasco with the travel office..the destruction of bily dale...the coverup of vince foster, jennifer flowers, paula jones. the montana land grab forcing up energy prices. lying under oath to a grand jury, the largest tax increase in us history...the list is extensive but at least you understand the point..the liberals lose on this one..if your hand gets burnt on a hot oven why stick it back a second time.

Lying under oath . Juanita Broaddricks claim Bill Clinton raped her .
Pardoning FALN terrorists , as well as other questionable FELONS ; Campaign Finance Scandal & involvement of foreign money into the United States political system .Waco - the Branch Dividian standoff ( which Clintons' senior staff member played a major role-but Janet Reno took the fall ) .The Clinton's close ties to various terrorist organizations ,(Sinn Fein of the IRA ), to name one.
The Clintons conspired to divide powers of the presidency in un constitutional manners which illegally authorized Hillary to assume presidential authority over the White House Counsel Office, the Office of Domestic Policy , the Office of Presidential personel, and the Office of the Chief of Staff ; health Care Task Force -which kept secret ( illegally) special interest groups & others - using false claims to federal agencies to fund this task force .Hillary billed U.S. Taxpayers $13.4 million dollars after saying the task force work would cost $100,000 - a familiar practice still being used by Hillary in her fund raising "efforts".
The Elian Gonzales case ; Clintons obstruction of justice by using white House attys in the Vince Foster death ( and files destroyed or missing ); Vince foster's PC hard drive was destroyed . Unqualified personell hired to Executive Branch agencies as political payoffs & favors .
Failing to pay income taxes then lying to cover it up ; failing to admonish his vice-president Al Gore for soliciting & accepting $8,365 in merchandise from a major corporation in violation of the law .Numerous allegations of mismanagement , ethical misconduct & abuse of power .Making false statements to secure legal defense funds for his misdeeds . Travelgate ;Nannygate .Impeachment .
Dismantling the White House security system by refusing to allow security clearance for high security risks , access to classified documents without security clearance , endangering the safety of White House staff and conspired to render the secret service ineffictive by refusing to repair these security leaks . Somalia ; Clinton's refusal to capture bin Laden when offered by Sudan ; Refusal to give the go ahead on a mission in Iraq after announcing action was imminent-because of a golf tourney . Draft dodging ; alleged marijuana use in which he "did not inhale"..
