1.) Never consider yourself "dominated."
2.) Be yourself
3.) Don't worry about people who think they are better than you. Often those people have self-confidence issues and must constantly put others down for anything and anyway they are different just to make themselves feel better.
4.) Don't worry about what those people think. Work on becoming a valuable member to society.
5.) We are all Americans, always remember that!

i had a hard time gaining acceptance when I was a white teen... it's not easy for anyone, stop looking for excuses, and do the best that you can, just like the rest of us.

It depends on what you define as acceptance. There are lots of people who wouldn't care if you had stripes or polka dots so long as you are a quality individual. Keep looking for those people.

Accept yourself and those who are intelligent enough to see that a person's race really doesn't matter will accept you :) Prove those who have discriminated against you wrong!

well. most people aren't shallow enough to care. a non white teen just has to prove that they are just as good as everybody else and deserved to be treated as an equal.

Start by not looking at it that way. Think of it as a world filled with a welcome mix of diversity..... A world in which you may find good things in people of all races, colors, and creeds. And one in which they will recognize the good in you, not in spite of, but because of, who and what you are and what you stand for.

When it comes down to it, the majority of people are "colour-blind" when it comes to accepting individuals.
If you don't feel like you are being accepted, it might be because of you, not your skin colour.

Be yourslef. You will find it easier to be a poser and somehting your not. Most teenagers do, but you will need less therapy if you just be who you know you are.
