I am 14 I´m not a lesbian but I´m getting diffrent offers from a couple of girls and I´m not sure what to do.

Be true to yourself....you can never go wrong with that.
Go slow, don't let anyone pressure you into being something your not sure of. Its your life to live...not anyone elses.

If you are not a lesbian, then politely tell the girls you are not one. If you are bi, then that is different. If you simply do not like the girls, tell them kindly you do not want to date. You do not want to hurt anyone's feelings or lose any friends.
And yes being a lesbian is a little too young for a 14 year old. I'd thinnk that maybe 16 is the borderline.
But hey, everyone is different.

Age means nothing. you know your own mind - no one can decide for you. You are a free person - It's no worse than straight guys who want to ball you. at 14 yrs of age.
You know - how i wish that when I was 14 - the guys had put the make on me - You don't realize how lucky you are - honey - this is your time of opportunity. So I envy you.
No shame in being a dyke or a f-a-g. Regardless of age.

At your age, being offered sex is really a bit disturbing. If the others who are making offers are over 16 years old, then in most states, it is a felonious crime and they can be sent to jail for a long time and required to register as sex offenders for the rest of their lives.
Ask your parents to take you to a counselor. (Your doctor or school counselor can recommend one.) You can discuss your questions there and look for support in deciding what you want to do.

Is it "ok?" I don't think it's something they choose to be or not. So, there's no question of it being "ok."
Now if you're asking whether or not it's "ok" to be sexually active at that age?
Personally I think NO ONE should be sexually active until they are emotionally mature enough to understand all the implications and complications that come with sexual activity.
The truth is most young people who are sexually active RARELY are emotionally mature enough for it.

I knew I was interested in girls at 12. If you're not interested just tell them that you're not interested. That's all you should need to say.
