No it is not as such. Of course certain communities/religions do not sanctify this.

But medically speaking this is healthy and it has a purgatory effect. After puberty male species tend to generate & produce the sperms & harmones. These need to be siphoned out of the body. Even if you do not do this, you will have ****** dreams and ejaculate the same. That is the way human body will respond to this. So nothing sinful about it.

Socially, it is even more appropriate. Sex is an instinct and the sexual desires are appropriate at a certain age. Could you imagine some one involving in unsafe sex or raping around due to this very factor? So, it is even better that you do it in a harmless manner.

BUT REMEMBER - EVERYTHING IN EXCESS IS REALLY BAD & SINFUL ALSO.

As regards your watching ****; get rid of it. It does not serve any purpose except for vitiating your thoughts.

NO it is not a sin to masturbate! Look some religions will tell you it's wrong and so may some parents' out there but the truth is that Masturbation as well as sex is a normal thing! Now as for marage it's better if you wait till you're married but that was not your question.
Than if you surch is it a sin you'll find lots of sites saying that it is a sin! Look the way I think about things like this is: If you think it's a sin and feel sinful about it than yes it's a sin!
Sex is a healthy thing and as far as science is concerend it's a good thing to masturbate!

I would'nt say sin, exactly, but... hey, i'm going on an entirely different route, ok. There's an ancient indian science called ayurveda, which is 7000 years old. According to ayurveda, you lose a lot of vital energy, everytime you lose sperm., because the sperm is said to be all powerful, something that has the power to create life... if it's conserved, you can do a lot of great stuff in life, but ofcourse, this is looking at it from an entirely different light, and i'm sure people here would think it's crazy, so i'm not going to elaborate anymore.

I guess there is a difference. I don't find it a sin to masturbate in anyway that suits you as long as it doesn't involve children. I think that it can destroy any relationship that you have if it is something you take more pleasure in then being with your partner and you need to determine how serious it is.

If you are a healthy male without any available sexual partner or wife, then it is perfectly normal. In fact , science encourages it, but put in mind that too much of anything is always bad.

No, it's actually very healthy.

Some people just think about what's happening when you masturbate and get disgusted, but it's healthy.

seems like it is more acceptable now a days in the mainstream media and culture. however, each religion probably views it differently. if you go to church, you can try asking someone there
