there are a few things, blowing the nose is one. chewing with their mouth open (smacking and chomping...looks and sounds really nasty), talking really loud, talking on cell phones loud (or especially if it's one of those walkie-talkie things!). and even (uggh...in the case of my step-dad) burping and farting and a restaurant! I mean, eww! if you're going to be that nasty or obnoxious, stay at home!

Let's see...a kid screaming and parent's ignoring it, children up and Running in a resturant, going to a buffet and watching dirty children finger all the food(while noticing that the child ALSO has a runny nose), Getting the right amount of sweetness in my tea/coffee and the waitress coming by and "topping it off" after I have only drunk less than 1/4 of it completely messing up the flavor I spent time getting just right...................

Sitting near older women who wear Perfume so strong that all my food taste like her NASTY perfume!!! That is my A1 Numero Uno Pet Peeve

I hardly ever eat out - I'm not that rich!
But I think the worst thing is just when people are really LOUD, either talking to their companions, or even worse, on the phone. Why do they think the whole place is interested in THEIR conversation?

(BTW, what's wrong with blowing your nose? Better than the alternative, surely?)

YES!
It's the nose-blowing.

WHY do people do that in a restaurant?
Can't they use the head?

Whenever I hear someone blow their nose in a restaurant, I always yell, "Well, there goes MY appetite"...as loud as I can.

annoying children should be kept in the CAR!
Cellphones should be kept with the children in the car!

Look, cellphones are RUDE in public in just about EVERY situation. If you're out with friends, family or a date, talking on your cellphone just tells your company that you'ld rather be somewhere else...which if you continue to talk on your cellphone is EXACTLY where you company would rather you be!

People that stare. I like to give them a show, though. The coffee creamer trick is a lot of fun, where you stab your eyeball with a fork and all your optic fluids spill out onto the table while you howl and writhe in pain and agony.

Old people that come over and tell you to be quiet(can they hear me?)

When they stare at me and my boyfriend while we're sharing a dessert. It's the 21st Century, people! Get over it!

Eating wit mouth open, talking wit mouth full, and smoking!
It's all disgusting to surrounding people and they should learn some manners!

the phone users! i think it's so rude. unruly children is another thing that really annoys me, and what annoys me more are the parents who don't seem to give a sh** what their kids are doing!
