She initiated divorce precedings. They have an iron clad prenup which was drawn up between the "faux" ceremony (to elude paparazzi) and the official marriage date (Oct. 6). The amount he gets goes up based on the time they've been together. She filed the day before his amount would have gone up one level. Every gift over a certain amount...$10,000 I think...goes back to the giver. He gets 1/2 of the value of the mansion and a couple hundred thousand dollars. I think he ends up with 1.3 million. He's got to give back a car she gave him. She has a right to receive child support payments from him but it looks like she's gonna waive those. He'll have visitation rights for the kids but she keeps them. Apparently she broke it off with him via text message.

I was under the impression it was K-Fed, did he change his name? Lord knows he's stupid enough to change his name to Fed-ex and to divorce Britney when she is the one thing saving him from a life of the hobo. And you would think he would realize it, considering he already dresses like a hobo and showers like a hobo (though they at least have the excuse they are homeless, I don't know how he explains it). You sure it isn't Britney leaving him. With her looks gone way downhill (one would say down to hell) after getting with him, one has to assume she was under an immense amount of stress to let herself fall apart that quickly. And I would certainly be stressed out if I went from a rich pop princess to the most famous redneck mom out there today.

i don't think he had much say in the matter..britney is a tad bit slow in the brain department..she just realized how much of a douche he is..too bad she has 2 partially douche children..she is better off telling them they are adopted..no one wants k-fed as a father

He didn't divorce her she divorced him.Britney got tired of his bull cramp,and plus he was dead weight.If you take notice Britney has lost all of that dead weight(literally).
