Help with a science thing.?

Who knows about tigers? I have to write about the functions of a tiger. like the tiger has stripes to blend things like that. what helps it survive? i can't find a good site for this information i have to write two pages on it so just why they have stripes wont help. any suggesstions or sites?

Have you tried going to the library and looking in a good old fashioned encyclopedia? Lots of good stuff in those.

try ask.com or Encarta. if they can't help i am sure you will find something on google.
