I had a BIG problem with this... basically EVERYTHING made him gassy! But I guess just start with what makes you gassy and eliminate that. Big culprits are dairy, broccoli.
My Dr. recommended that I go on a meat and potatoes diet then add things back in one at a time to see how he was reacting to the other foods. Good Luck!

Beans, brocolli, cauliflower, cabbage. Basically anything that give you gas will give your baby gas. To relieve the gas pains in your baby get some Mylicon drops (Very safe), and put a dry washcloth in the microwave until very warm and place it on top of baby's tummy...the nurses at Children's Hospital did this for my son when he got gassy.

Just about anything I ate gave my daughter gas! Definitely stay away from orange juice and a lot of chocolate. They will give baby BAD diaper rash.
Tomatoe anything and onions really gave her a lot of gas. Pretty much anything that gives you gas will also give baby gas.
Get your baby some Mylacon infant gas drops. It is a life saver! Most stores that sell baby care products will have it and a generic version of it. They work the same. As long as it is Simethicone, it will really help baby!
Good Luck!

I would think that beans, cabbage, caffeine, tomatoes and other irritants like those. I know that when I ate chocolate or had anything with garlic in it my son never wanted my milk and he was gassy.
