Well, you'd think. These days it's all young people in the field and I hate to even bring this up but, age descrimination is done in many ways. Like, testing. It's just another way of doing the same thing, really! So, if you're not up on the latest or whatever they have an excuse to not hire you and you can't get them for doing anything wrong right? The older we are the smarter we are and we are worth more and we might influence youngins to stick to their guns and we know unions are good for workers. So, talk to someone and find out about this test and make sure you are prepared to take it and get that job. I'm wishing you luck and love coming your way.
