Probably best to check with a medical doctor or a lactation consultant.

you should be seeking advice from your gp or nusre at your local surgery.
It is worth mentioning that nipple stimulation, especially if prolonged during foreplay, can cause milky nipple discharge in some women, so bear this in mind as a possibility.
Your breasts are not sore or painful so mastitis is very unlikely to be the problem.
Oral contraception can cause some discharge.
One condition that can produce a milky or clear discharge is galactorrhoea, where an imbalance of hormones within the body can stimulate secretion.
Certain medication may be to blame, particularly those used in treatments for some psychiatric problems, but thyroid disorders and very occasionally small benign brain tumours of the pituitary gland can lead to milk production.
The discharge, you say, is definitely breast milk, which is reassuring because the investigation of any blood-stained discharge would be more urgent.
My advice would be to see your doctor to undergo a breast examination and to start some simple tests to see which of the above possibilities could be responsible for your symptoms. On the face of it, it does not sound like anything to worry unduly about.

I see it each and all of the time on television easily, greater now than i take advantage of to. sounds like a fabulous style of celebs are doing it now and conversing approximately it brazenly in interviews and greater shows are writing it fairly of purely toddler bottles of formulation. i grew to become into surprised as quickly as I watched 4 shows in a row on ordinary television that had lady easily the two conversing approximately breastfeeding or doing it. So great to be sure. As for soaps properly we could face it they are actually not genuine in any way, they age their toddlers on there in like one million day. the clarification lady provide up earlier 3 months now could be with the aid of fact many lady now ought to return to artwork or their important different or kinfolk isn't supportive. it particularly is problematic to breastfeed particularly no count if it particularly is no longer a worry-unfastened subject on your loved ones. i understand I gave up with my first 2 at 3 months with the aid of fact i grew to become into attempting to do it plus babysit for people and it purely wasn't working the stress grew to become into taking my milk. The final time I made it till 12 one million/2 months even though it grew to become into problematic, I had to provide up babysitting and purely concentration my capability on my toddler and nursing. the 1st 3 months I felt like quite a few I did grew to become into sit down around with a breast out, no time for something. After 3 months it have been given somewhat greater desirable yet there have been days that he did consume each and all of the time and my nipples have been given so sore after he have been given tooth and could chew the blood. with the aid of fact of this some provide up. then you certainly've those that in the time of no way have milk in or get their milk in adequate to breastfeed or some that take drugs which you would be able to no longer nurse on a similar time as taking. There are one million reasons to grant and breastfeeding is confident an stunning subject yet no longer for each individual.

Go to your doctor or gynaecologist to get it checked out. If you're not pregnant, he'll do other tests to make sure it's not a threat to your health.

Are you sure it's milk?
You need to get this checked out. I highly doubt it's milk. It may be a substance linked to breast cancer.
PLEASE go to your OB/GYN and get this checked out. My mom was leaking from her breasts too, but she never breastfed. She thought it was the birth of my son, and it turned out to be breast cancer.
