click on your name then click edit info

Click your name in the left corner
When the page pulls up click "Edit Info" under your pic and there you will be able to choose or change your name

If you mean ON Yahoo Answers

Then Go Yahoo ...My Q&A..... Edit My info...Here you can change your name etc etc
