Whats with all these different types of cheese to pick from nowadays. Mozzarela, provalone, monterrey-jack, colby, colby-jack? I just want something for my sandwich, and they are giving me problems!!

Seriously thinking about quitting YA. I seemed to be one of a rare few who took this forum seriously, offering help to those who needed it. A look at my profile and stats will bear me out.
I even learned that some of my "Best Answers" responses have been removed, and the points deleted. 15% of my answers have been rated best, and now someone thinks I don't deserve them? I work to hard not to be appreciated.
