If you havn't missed your period yet then, yes it is still possible that you are pregnant. Normaly tests aren't accurate until a few days after your missed period. When your 3 days late i think is one of the earliest times you can check. But again readings can be wrong, some ppl don't find out until they are 2 or 3months gone, because the pregnacy is only in early stages there may not be enough of the hormone it releases to show up in a test.
Best thing to do is wait and see if you miss your period, then go back to your doctor for a blood test or other. That way you'l defienetly know for sure. Even if you have a period and you still feel this way i advise going back to your docotr and checking up as sometimes it is possible to have a period and be pregnant.
Good luck

It is very possible to be pregnant even though the urine pregnancy test came back negative. It's too early for it to be accurate. Wait until you miss your period, then test again (unless you start your period!) If there is some urgent reason to know earlier then you should have a blood test done. And if you continue to feel this way and do start you period be sure and see a doctor in case something else is wrong.

Yeah, it was probably too early to test if you haven't had your period in November yet. Also, it's kinda strange that you have EVERY pregnancy symptom that early! You can't be more than 3 weeks along, and most of the symptoms don't start until after 4 weeks if you do get the symptom. Not being rude...at all, but do you think maybe it's in your head? Like you THINK you are pregnant so you are THINKING you feel all these things?

It's possible you could be, but more than likely you are so worried about the symptoms of pregnancy that you are starting to exhibit them. If you had a period in October it is EXTREMELY unlikely you would be exhibiting those symptoms at this point. Most women who are a couple weeks pregnant have no idea they are pregnant. Try again in about a month and see the result.

Yea...it's possible that you could be pregnant. The pregnancy hormone HCG doesn't show up on urine tests as fast. You should definitely retest when your peiod is late. Of course, period symptoms are similar to pregnancy symptoms. Some women get tender breasts, tired, and fatigue before their period.

Yes, you can. Most pregnancy tests tell you to wait until after you have missed your period. So you should wait until your due for your period before taking another test.
Then gain you might just be getting ready for your period. May of the pregnancy sympthoms are like those of PMS.
PLease until you know if you are or not for sure don't take sleeping pills.

Yes you could be pregnant.
My first urine test was negative.... and i'm now 17wks 1 day! Test again closer to the date of your next period or, if you can, have a blood test as they are way more accurate and can detect earlier.
Good luck!

The way to tell if you are pregnant is to have a blood test due at your doctor office that would tell you if you are pregnant are not.
