Were his lips moving? Then yes, he lied. Seriously, I don't think he really ever knows what is going on. He relies on those who are smarter than him (just about everyone) to fill him in on current events.

Two weeks ago? It was 2 days ago he said that after already talking with Gates about the job. Honesty is not a word that Bush understands. And thank you all that saw through the rhetoric and voted for change.
