We've been having sex a lot more than usual. Usually between school and work we'd have sex once a day. Now we are doing it every chance we get with an average 2-3 times a day!

Try taking a warm soak in the tub... that's very helpful if you've been a bit rough. Baby oil will help soothe the area. I'm not aware of any cream or wipe that's specifically designed for post-sex soreness... you've just got to take it easy for a few days. If it doesn't go away within a day or so you may have a mild infection and you should get checked out by a doctor.

1) lay off sex till it heals
2) pay more attention to foreplay. If it gets raw, it means too little lubrication- and better foreplay should cure that.
3) If the B/f is too dumb to do adequate foreplay, then any sensible lubricant will do- eg. a few drops of baby oil

Avoid sex for a while. U can use pseudocreme or any other barrier preaparation to soothen the area. Also make sure to keep the area dry.

Tucks pads will help. I would get thoses or don't do anything at all. Just no sex for awhile your body has a way of healing itself. If it doesn't get better within 3 days see your gyno. Good luck!
