When ever I masturbate or have a clitorical orgasm... I feel stabs of pain... they are not extreme but quite uncomfortable. The pain seems to start at the clitoris itself and moves towards my lower tummy. The pain subsides when the orgasm does, but I still feel pleasure. What could be causing this?

The answer is, when you have an orgasm, your vagina contracts, like it does when in childbirth. (Hence the pains) I don't really think you need to see a doctor, but I don't think you will get rid of them. Try to foucus more on the pleasure. I am pretty sure I read this somewhere else, but if not... No clue where I got it. It makes since though...

If it's not a lube problem, I'm not exactly sure. I have never heard of "clitoral root inflammation" but, here's an excerpt from an article that may help:
"The etiology may be metabolic, traumatic, or idiopathic (i.e., unknown). The determinative factor is that the signaling mechanism of clitoral sensation becomes abnormal. Trauma from violent stimulation, tight clothing, or straddle injuries may produce these neuropathic changes. Vulvar laser vaporization or chemical ablation for human papilloma viral lesions (veneral warts) may produce this chronic pain. Diabetes can be a metabolic cause for clitoral pain. The majority of patients will have no discernible cause."

This all is dependent upon the system. Usually you're each placed to sleep, and likewise numbed on the surgical procedure website. With all surgical procedures nonetheless there's a danger and they are going to state this earlier than they start. Most men and women are natuarlly scared of surgical procedure which is fine, nonetheless earlier than you move to surgical procedure you're given treatment to calm you down and get ready you for the surgical procedure, and as soon as within the OR the anthesisiologist will deliver you the healing wanted.

Endometriosis can cause the pain as well. I had the same problems and I let it go for so long it took away all my sexual pleasure and I didn't want to do anything anymore...Go to a doctor and get checked.
