Dab a little Vick's Vaporub on the outside of your nose. It helps me.

Lose the humidifier; it will add moisture to your entire room, increase mold, and give you long-term health problems.
The sprays never last long enough. Ayr makes a saline gel that is very moisturizing, safe, and long-lasting. You put just a pea-sized amount in your nostrils, squeeze, and very gently sniff. Great stuff.

NASAL is a normal saline nasal spray, because it is the same pH as your blood, it moisturizes your mucous membranes in the nose, I use it every four hours while awake all winter long.

You can use a saline nasal spray at night (or as much as you need to). You can get it at Walmart, Longs, Riteaid, any place like that and it doesn't cost much. Well worth the effort.
