Why Are these Shoes So COLD?

I bought these great looking casual shoes at the thrift store,(can't return them), and they look like very short boots. The problem is that no matter if I wear warm socks, they make my feet feel like ICE! Can you help? Any ideas? Thanks, :) Arum

not all thing do what they should ,those boots are cute boots ,made for looks not warmth

Well, short from putting "hot hands" in your shoes, I don't know if there's anything u can do. I think you just need to get rid of them. If they are uncomfortable, give them away to a friend or to Goodwill. Surely someone can use them.
