I understand you can do this yourself. I have no idea where to go to have this done. Can anyone tell me

I would recommend having a Title Insurance Agent, or an Attorney prepare it for you. And it's called a Quit Claim Deed.

I did this about 5 years ago in Florida. I got mine at Office Depot. Just ask them where the forms are when you go there.Staples has them too! FYI it's called a Quit Claim Deed. You really should have a Title company help you with this! Good luck!

I looked it up and I found out it's called a Quit Claim Deed. I'm not sure if you can put your name on the title of his house. I'm sure it depends on a lot of circumstances. You can read about it here:

You can only put your name on the title if you brother signs the deed conveying it over to you and/or to both of you.

its called a QUIT claim deed. See your county tax appraisal office. they may be able to help
