I provide a service to members of our organization and I set up a meeting with a potential client and my boss just waltz in (10 minutes late) and didn't even include me in the meeting. I am so pissed right now, I just want to quit, but I can't. He literally walked in the conference room and shut the door without saying anything to me. I pitched the idea to this guy and brought him in while my boss was on vacation and I know I will be the one to end up doing all the paperwork. I didn't want to do the whole presentation, but at least be a part of it. What should I do??? And what do I tell him?? This isn't the first time he has done something like this. A few weeks back I was going to make a brochure and he just snatched it off my desk and gave it to his ex-wife to do.........uuuggghhhhh I'm so pissed!!!!!!!

Tell them how you feel, and you did all the paperwork. That happens to a lot of in the workplace. You can either deal with the situation. I know you will make the right decision, because you are a smart person. I read some of your responses. I would pray about it and ask God for a sign.Good Luck!

4 options:

1) Talk to him
2) Quit
3) Deal with it
4) Go over his head

Without knowing more about your situation, I couldn't address which of those options makes more sense or is even an actual option.

I would go to your boss' boss and deal with it that way. Or you could give your notice and make sure you let them know why you are leaving so maybe they could do something before you actually do leave.
