just say that you have to deal with family issues, or say that you are going through something and feel that you cannot do your best if you do go, hopefully someone will understand.

ok well firstly take it from a sciver lol, dnt put on the cold voice unless u know you can pull it off, i have done them and heard them, and u know the other person dosent believe you.
So go with simply, you have an upset stomach, you had an asthma attack, had a migrane, sprained ankle, family problems, and my personal fav, i have PMT if you dnt wnt your coffee served with a few drops of snot and spit, or told you are a bald monkey, let me have the fricken day off, grrrr, ( i do know it is a man u wnt the excuse for, but always good for a women to use things to her ability lol )

Ok....Then he needs to call and say he was sick....They'll probably say "ya don't sound sick" then your partner should say "I was f***ing my Brother/sister does that sound sick enough for ya? They won't let your partner come back to work to tell them that Sh**. Not Sure if it will work..I've never tries it..but it seemed like an excuse that would really throw who ya work for off!
