Sugar. Splenda is artificial and leaves a bitter after taste. But if your on the Atkins Diet then I guess it's got to be Splenda.

sugar! did you ever notice that when you put splenda in tea it makes this big hissing and fizzing sound?! makes you wonder what the hell its made of! plus I checked the splenda and sugar packs and there's nearly just as many calories in splenda anyway-may as well just go for the real stuff :D

I am diabetic so i try to stay away from sugar but I don't like Splenda either. i will stick with the old stand-by, Equal.

Splenda. That stuff is 600 times (not an exaggeration, look it up!) sweeter than sugar ever was.
