I think you need to figure out how to do these. I'll walk you through the first one, but I think you have an error in the formula for the lithium compound on the left. I think its formula should be Li2SO3. OK. So you've got 2 B on the right and only one on the left, so put a 2 in front of the BF3. That gives you six F on the left, so put a 6 in front of LiF on the right. That give you 6 Li on the right, so put a 3 in front of Li2SO3 on the left. Now, you've got 3 SO3 on the left and three on the right, and you're done.

Try the others in the same way. For the 2nd equation, I'd start with PO4 and then go from there, and for the third one, I'd start with the S.
