You are talking about vegetables, right? Potatoes, Yams, have natural starch. Pineapples, apples, plums, etc. have natural sugars. They are all plants.

Pototoes have starch and i think Eggplant does as well Sweet pototoes too... Apples and oranges have natural sugars too...
