First of all, a She-male is a man in transition to become a woman who has decided to profit from his transitional appearance by posing for porn. It doesn't work the other way around. Second of all a female/male transsexual has a cosmetic penis, not an actual one so while they can get an implant to have erections, they can not produce sperm. And because of the hormones required to become a male the person in question could no longer reproduce.
A she-male is NOT born with both genders.

i think you do not know what a she male is
they are born male and undergo a transformation
mainly having breast argumentation and some facial
surgery
that makes them look female
yet still have a male sex organs that they were born with
so they can still have sperm and Father a baby
if you are referring to a born female that undergoes the surgeries to become male a f2m transgender/transsexual
then the answer is
no most have a hysterectomy to remove there ovaries to help remove the estrogen's form there body
so there can not have a baby/ be a mother after it
there receive a implant testicle that can not produce sperm

think about what your asking. if someone has corrective surgery their former genetailia is removed. so a male to female TRANSSEXUAL (stop using shemale) has her testies removed to give her a vagina. if a person is female to male then they go through a historectomy there for eliminating his chance of having kids anymore. and you can not add someone elses testicles to a f2m transsexual and get them to work. science is not there yet.
if you are refering to someone with both sex organs then normally only one is functional. and one is normally removed at birth. in some cases the penis would be the working organ and just have a vagina but no ovaries and tubes. in other cases she may have the female reproductive organs but no testies or working testies.
i have a feling your refering to a transsexual though so read above.

First off "She-males" are BORN WITH BOTH GENDERS! Not "formerly" male.
You're referring to Transgenders. Now that we have that cleared up, NO they cannot produce sperm. Nor can Transgendered Male-to-females conceive or have a menstrual cycle.

no sperm, no tesicles, no sperm. shemales and MTF Transexuals can only masquerade as the opposite sex, furthermore the operations make them sterile, so they will never know the joys of parenthood.

Nope, and do some homework before you ask a question. Try typing "transgender" in wikipedia and do some reading.

No. The testicles are non-functioning and are purely for aesthetic purposes. Plus they don't have a prostate gland.
