Yes there will be Zoras and Gorons in the new Zelda Twilight Princess, a lot of old characters will be back, but there will be many many new ones also...Reggie and the creator have both been in several conversations listed on sites like IGN.com talking about TP and Zoras will be a big part of the game as a creature people know from other versions.
