My favourite band is Jethro Tull. They have been going since 1968 but are still touring and recording. The thing that makes Jethro Tull so special to me is that they have changed and evolved in style over the years and still have a great relevance to me these days where as most bands just release a lot of similar albums over and over again.
You can have a look at Jethro Tull on http://www.jtull.com and discover more about them. They are great live too - even after all these years, front man, Ian Anderson still dances around like a loon on stage. I am certainly going to see their 2007 acoustic tour!
I also love Motorhead, Nightwish, Aqua, David Bowie, Queen, Morrissey, Katie Melua and loads more great bands and solo performers.
