because our perspiration, which is the way humans cool there bodies when the temperature rises, cant evaporate. because the humidity is already close to reaching the saturation point

the moisture in the air makes it feel sticky outside. i hate that, too lol. when it's hot and sticky, it's best to stay inside where the AC can run all night! lol
