There is an abortion pill, called RU-486 that is supposed to be effective for pregnancies up to 8 weeks but it´s illegal in the US.

There is an abortion pill that can be used in place of an actual surgical. The Abortion Pill, Mifeprex, is a form of early abortion caused by the combination of two medications, mifepristone and misoprostol.The pill can only be taken is you are 8 weeks pregnant or less.
You will need to go to a clinic to get the pill, you cannot get it at the pharmacy or your regular doctors office. You will get the first pill during this appt, and will take that orally. Then you go home and 24 to 72 hours later you take the other medication vaginally. The second pill causes contractions resulting in a miscarriage. These two medications are 95%-97% affective.
Vaginal bleeding during the miscarriage could be extremely heavy. In some situations it could require a surgical abortion and very rarely, a blood transfusion. This would depend on your wife, and her body.
There are several health problems that if your wife has she should not take these medications. She will discuss that with the clinic counselor.
If I were her I would want the surgical...quick and easy, not at home to worry about. I cannot imagine how hard it would be to take that second pill, and once you have the first one, you cannot stop bc it can cause deformities if you decide to have him/her. When you have surgical they give you feel good stuff...so it is easier emtionally.
I am not sure why you want an abortion...you are married, but I am not here to judge you just to help you. Please understand there are risks with any abortion or procedure. If you want to have kids later...please talk to your doctor about her health and the risks that you take when having a abortion and future children.
Also...this is her decision...not yours. That may sound cold...but it is her body and she will be the one who has to live with it. I am 17 weeks pregnant and we considered having an abortion...but now I am so thankful I did not...it would have torn me up. I am a strong woman, and have been through alot...but thinking of not having this little guy...I would have been torn up, especially later when I did have planned kids, and I looked at my first born and said, you could have had a brother or sister.
Very big decision...dont take this lightly!!!

No..there is no pill for abortion...I have heard of the day after pill..but it's too late...you're looking toward abortion right now...but why would you want to abort? Having a child is one of the most beautiful things in life. At least try adoption if you both agree that you don't want to have a kid. There are people out there less fortunate who can't have kids but would like one.

She's your wife and you want her to get an abortion? How selfish are you? If she's wondering the same thing, she's pretty selfish too. What are you, two teenage kids? If you aren't ready for a child, then why did you get married? Just curious.

Dont get an abortion you are murdering a person. It is your child and ur bringing a child in the world without even knowing your own child.ou dont know what it is going to be when it gets older. what if your child is supposed to find a cure for aids????you will be killing the future.

How pathetic, your adults yet are too stupid to use protection so now you want to kill an innocent baby because of your stupidity.
I am 19 and had a baby at 17 and I had no help, my sons dad walked away and had nothing to do with us yet I refused to terminate my pregnancy, how pathetic is it a girl who gets pregnant at 16 can stand up and say this is my fault and I need to take responsibility for it but yet two adults who are married can not, you and your wife sicken me.
Give the baby up for adoption if you do not want it, give it a chance at life instead of killing the poor thing.

There is no safe abortion outside of a clinic. If both you and your wife think abortion is the best option, then you should talk to a doctor and find out where to get the best information to make this decision. I will stress again: DO NOT try to give her anything to make her abort; it's entirely too risky to the mother.

I'm too speechless and upset to even say anything to you. You are selfish, and if you don't want this baby, discuss adoption. I can't even believe you would consider abortion especially that you are married! What is this world coming to? I hope she leaves your a**!!!!

man,what are you thinking? you can't keep this baby maybe your wife can...so that you can murder yourself.For that one you won't need a pill to do it.Sarah in the Bible was pregnant at the age of 90.Do you consider your age or your wife's age as too late for making babies?

Ok, you shouldn't want your wife to get an abortion. This is your WIFE!!!! Didn't you know she could get pregnant, don't do that.
