Get into shape by doing excercise and eating healthy. Try searching for a pro wrestling school near your area on the net. I think that u have to be 16(or 18 sometimes) to actually start training.

start by getting on your schools wrestling team if they don't have one then find a local gym that has wrestling ring that u can practice one. second, start working on your cardio like running, swimming, and stuff like that cardio is heart u need to exercise it to be in good shape. third u should start working out like benching.unless of course u are small and fast then go rey mysterio style and go to a gymnasium so u can do high flying moves. and last but not least never give up on yourself if u really want it then just keep on going and going never quit never back down from your dreams.

Join the wrestling team at your school. Work out. Train. At least that's what my son did. He wants to go pro when he graduates college and plans to wrestle straight through. Not to mention he spends most of his summer vacation in wrestling camps, the gym and practicing.

I know Hammerlock have lots of training camps in UK for pro wrestlers to train and Jodie Fleisch got his break at 16. But seriously you should bear in mind if your not in WWE or TNA, there's not much money in it.

Take lots of Drama & Acting classes.

There is no such thing as a pro wrestler, they are actors prtetending to 'wrestle'.
Have someone hit you in the head like you see them do on TV.
When you wake up, tell me if it's real or not.

You can go onto the WWE website, www.wwe.com, and they can direct you to the proper chanels to get started. They have their own wrestling school, and a minor league (Ohio Valey Wrestling, ovwrestling.com). That should give you a good start.

win lots of semi fights and don't take the first offer. The price for you will get better with experience. So my neighbour tells me, he is about to go pro.
