No most of America is underemployed. You can easily see it all over America from Bolivia to Cuba, there are certain nations in America that don't have much of a problem in that regard i/e Canada, Costa Rica and parts of the United States, Brazil, Chile and Argentina, but generally speaking most of America is underemployed.

funny how the republicans say how low unemployment is those stats don't take into account those who's unemployment benefits have run out of those who never qualified for unemployment in the first place. the federal government created a little thing called at-will employment where a employer can fire a employee for no reason at all, just on a whim, and since people who are fired are not eligible for unemployment they are let go with no benefits what so ever so the fat cat that fired them wont have to pay unemployment benefits...its all designed to keep the rich richer and the poor poorer all the while keeping the stats low so the feds look good ...all this under George bushes watch

Strictly speaking no. If we did unemployment would be Zero. However, it is currently at 4.4%, which is very low. Historically anything under 5% is considered "full employment" because there are always some people in flux who have been fired and quit their job, but are in search of another.

I would say there are plenty of jobs out there for people who want to work and are at least high school graduates.

Unemployment right now is at it's all time low. I believe it has made record breaking lows which would mean to me that there are enough jobs to go around. But this is now and with the new elections as of yesterday, It's going to be a crap shoot I think.
