I'm not really sure what your question is so I'll just take a guess, you can not make him want the child and be a Father, but you should ask for child support. If he won't give it then you should take him to court. The support is for the child and the child deserves it. If you think raising a child alone without support is easy you've got another thing coming. Children have a lot of needs and those needs aren't cheap. So make him step up to the plate and pay his dues, you sure will.

congratulations and sorry at the same time. you may not want support, but if you apply for any kind of state aid they will open a child support case against him and get support from the father. my cousin is sorta in the same boat. he got a girl pregnant, but she was going to marry another guy and he was going to adopt her. he hasn't been paying child support. she went to apply for state medical care and now he has to take a court ordered dna test and go to a court hearing. he may as well take the easy way and start helping out when the baby comes. its only going to bite him in the a!!. you didn't get pregnant by yourself, he can help supporting the baby.

You're not asking for child support? ( I assume that's what you were saying)..
Anyway- That's fine, Let him go about his way, You don't need him around anyway, Not if he doesn't WANT to be around.
As for child support- That's a personal choice, My 18 month olds sperm donor hasn't done anything for my son since the day he was born, Actually since I was 5 months pregnant..And I told him I would never go after him for child support, I didn't want/need his money.
It CAN be done on your own, But it's hard...And besides that, If later down the road, You decide maybe you DO want child support, The option is always there, Just head to your local courts and fill out the paperwork. :-)
Best of luck to you!

Not sure if you are asking a question or not but if a woman is going to have a baby, she needs to make sure that she is doing it for her reasons and not his. There is question that you should always ask yourself " Am I willing to do this by myself"? If the answer is "yes" then go on with it but know this, you cannot keep a man by having his baby. If you don't care either way then there you go, he has made the choice for you. Do not force that baby on him. he is not going to change his mind.

Ok, so thats on him. You want the baby right? It's not up to him to make the decision of keeping the baby, it's yours. Well from what I understand does he want you to abort or he's just not going to be there for the child? Anyway, it's your baby screw what he thinks!!

Don't be a smuck! You go through the pregnancy and give birth to a beautiful baby and take his *** to court for support. You certainly weren't alone when you made this baby, and you shouldn't have to support him/her alone either. Good Luck!

In that case, file papers requesting that he sign his rights over. If he truly doesn't want the baby, then you will have no problems in the future.

You are entitled to child support. You will need it eventually. Dont be stupid right now. Make sure you put the fathers name on the birth certificate so that you can claim child support when you need it.

I agree put his name on the birth certificate. He needs to pay for
support. It takes two to tango and he needs to grow up and
be a man. Take responsibility!
