It appears no you don't need an education to become a rapper. Having listened to the lyrics - proves you don't need an education. If a person had an education then they'd know better than to produce such filth.

I would think you would want an education so would be able to read any contracts you would have to sign and be able to understand what they mean. It would also be good to have an education so you could carry on a conversation with someone and know what they are saying and understand what they are saying as well. Plus, having a good vocabulary would come in handy when you are writing your songs. But besides all of that, no you don't have to have an education, but I would want one so I would be able to tell if someone is jerking me around on a contract or on my money too!
