How Bush figured a clerk during their military service was qualified to lead will remain a mystery. Even better though, is the knowledge that Bush lied again. It has just come to light that as Bush was telling Americans 2 days ago that Rumsfeld would stay the course for the next 2 years of his Presidency, that he had already talked with Gates about the job. I am pleased that a majority of voters didn't buy into the Republican "fear" tactics and I can only hope that some truths about the last few years may be forced out now that all Americans have a voice again and not just Republicans. Thank you all that voted.

in case you will take observe, lots of the best points by potential of the Dems are somewhat conservative Dems like Joe Lieberman. it appears that evidently the message grew to become into no longer lots we ought to retreat and go through defeat on the palms of terrorists by using fact the liberals have been waiting to do, yet somewhat a message by potential of the yank people telling Republicans "we desire some type of substitute in approach and are desperate!" Rumsfeld and Bush comprehend that the persons desire substitute. He stepped all the way down to allow some clean perspective interior the view on Iraq. Even Joe helps the clarification why we are there and is conscious we ought to take a stand against terrorism in any different case be victimized returned. optimistically, the conservative Dems and the Republicans can paintings in a bi-partisan way, with Rumsfeld's alternative, and are available up with some plan that provides a greater useful danger of fulfillment.

It is a sad day for our country. We are definitely NOT safer than we were 24 hours ago. The 19 terrorists who hijacked the 9/11 planes came in and trained on Clinton's watch. I greatly fear, now that the Dems have control of Congress, that the terrorists will be flush with new bravado without a bulldog like Rummy fighting to keep our troops strong. Who is going to be brave enough to make the tough decisions and defend them now? Certainly no "just TALK to them" liberal.
