haha i love ash! but i dont think so. misty is 16 and ash is only 13.

Kandy, Ash was ten when he started his journey, he's thirteen when Misty leaves and the Joto series begins. Haven't seen the show in years, so I can't say one way or the other, but romance is something that the kid-friendly Pokemon series steers away from.

no, eventually misty leaves ash so she can stay and be the gym leader in cerrelean city, but she comes back, but they don't get together.

If you read the mangas, you will find out that not only do they get together, they also have a baby, who grows up intoi a trainer (who knew?) her name is Crystal. Which kind of Pokemon she had, well, that I don't know.
