It sounds like your fish have a condition called "Ick" and are dying. There are treatments for this if you catch it soon enough:

A betta can breath air from the exterior of the water, and could easily drown if it can't attain the exterior. So bettas tend to make a journey to the exterior once or twice each and every minute. If the betta remains on the exterior for long classes of time it is extremely dazzling for a betta. usually it particularly is the end results of a swim bladder disease reason via over feeding, undesirable water situations, or ailment. The concern isn't risky, yet what ever led to it particularly is totally risky. Are you cleansing it particularly is bowl/tank oftentimes? Are you feeding her as quickly as an afternoon an quite small volume (with reference to the dimensions of her eye), and skipping an afternoon? i could recommend no longer feeding her for an afternoon, then feeding her purely somewhat a peeled cooked pea. (this could flush out her digestive music.) playstation - Please study the under hyperlinks for information on betta care.

Sounds like your fish have "Ick". The pet store will have medicine for this but you have to catch it early to save them. Now you know what to watch for next time. Good luck.

Your fish are probably dead. Are they eating? if they dont eat or move they are probably dead and you should take them out soon because that could harm the other fish and you dont want those fish to die dont you?

Sounds like they are desperate for air. Increase oxygention with an air pump or more powerful filter.
