I'm still having trouble locating one. Its an Alpine Cd 6-disc Changer System CHM-5665rf and the serial number is: 0897730
The part number on the back of the unit is: F7F-18C830-A.

The cable that I'm looking for goes from the changer to the rf modulator......so its a din connector on one end and 12 pin modular plug on the other.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

the most difficulty-loose issue in a case like that is a nasty cd cassette. Borrow a daily solid cassette or purchase a clean one (it isn't expensive) to make sure if it would want to the finest option the issue (after all the cassette is quite a few years previous already and extremely desires to get replaced). If not then there's a severe danger that the cd changer itself is undesirable. yet formerly going that course do a battery reset or disconnect the cd changer for type of 10 minutes, more effective nonetheless in one day, then recheck. now and again a battery reset does miracles. yet purely now and again.
