someones maternity for a maximum of twelve months but possibly only six, do I have to accept it?

but i dont want the job id like to take my money and run but if i turn this job down will they refuse me my redundancy or is it not classed as a "suitable alternative"

If you want to be able to celebrate this Christmas season I would suggest that you accept this position. Besides woman you are covering for may not return and you may end up with that position and/or you may be offered another position in the organization.

If you don't take it you have no job. If you do take it you have income and a place to sit while writing your resume to get another better job.

i would take it, trying to get through the red tape to find a job these days is like climbing a mountain
