It all depends on the parents genes.You will most probably find that babies who are cute,turn out to be pretty plain,but those you thought were scary,actually turn out to be head turners.
But saying that,some stay cute through out life,while the others are still scary.

That's just how it is. Why are some adults cute and some scary looking?! I do notice tho...some babies start out ugly and grow up to be cute adults. And some babies start out cute and grow up to be ugly adults. Some people start out ugly and stay ugly, and some are always cute their whole life. There's all different kinds of people.

The same reason why some people are short and others are tall...the some reason that some ppl are smart & other are not ...some reason some of us are black and others are white.....genetics....we dont make ourselves...but if it helps two ugly people shouldnt get together to make babies....that's how we get the scary looking babies....we have to mix and match ugly with pretty.....

the way a baby looks is by what the baby inherits from its parents that is what i learned in helth and science class
