Whenever I want to be myself I hear sounds that are not real they are fake and I cannot concentrate with these sounds do you have any solution to be myself without having any stress or fear!!!???

I hope you are joking - but if you are not - it sounds like to me the beginnings of schizophrenia.

I agree with the first person who answered here, if you are serious, it cound be the beginning of psychosis. You should go ahead and face up to the situation. Go live on a bench in a park and wear colorful colors and fur coats in summer. During the winter, you can exploit magnetic energies to your own benefit by hanging around electricity towers for as long as possible, with magnets in your pockets and tin foil covering your entire body under your clothes, of course.

Just trying to make you laugh about the situation there.

I've been through some hectic **** myself, all better now though, thankfully. Talk to someone in mental health; try to stay away from psychiatrists at first, no matter what they tell you. Try making it all go away WITHOUT medication first. If good old fashioned word therapy doesn't work after a reasonable period of time, leave yourself in the hands of a psychiatrist you can really trust and who respects you even more as a human being than as a patient. Don't get me wrong, psychiatry is great, but medication is too big a step to take before trying something else.

Sounds like a topic for "mental health" perhaps its the beginning of a defense mechanism that may manifest into Bipolar disorder or any of the many misdiagnosed conditions of the mind and thinking.

I don't know who you are when your not yourself but that's not important. Try karaoke It will be hard but making a fool out of yourself in public will help you not care what people think of you and will help you Be yourself when your not someone else and not worry about being yourself. I have been in various bands in my life and have made a fool out of myself many times. Take a look at some of the Beatles video tapes that show them practicing and you will not believe they could be recording artists, They didn't care they were being themselves. Good luck.

i think u should start showing everyone the good things in yourself, be the good things about urself first .. that way u give others a good impression if u care about other's impression .... then after that even if u do something stupid by being the other parts of urself people wont mind and you wont be so stressed out being urself in everyway .. perfect or nonperfect ..

your mind is cluttered. it's called 'monkey brain'. seriously. look into meditation. it'll help you control your thought process by focusing on your breathing or some other stimuli.
