This is really a discussion you should have with parents but, since its being asked-
Babies come from the uniting of a male's sperm with a female's egg. Despite popular belief, its incredibly hard to get pregnant since the woman is only fertile for about a week inbetween menstrual cycles.
As for how the egg and sperm are released, you might want to ask your mom or dad...
