i've never heard of it having one

It shouldn't alter your cycle (like make it shorter or longer). But it does increase the severity or frequency of menstrual cramps. I avoid caffeine the few days before I get my period, and the first couple of days of my period just to reduce cramping. But I do drink it the rest of the time, and my cycle is normal and regular.

I am not sure but I used to drink tea everyday and had a normal 28-30 day cycle.

caffiene has been widely documented to make menstrual cramps worse. I know for me this has proven very true.

that is the main effect I am aware of, but there may be others.

plane and simple if your drinking quite a bit yes... so does stress and anxiety
