Dude, if your wife is eleven months pregnant, get off the damn computer, get that poor thing to a hospital and get her induced, for heaven's sake!

11 months? Are you sure?

I'm sure it was a typo, so I'll go ahead and answer. 11 weeks is roughly three months, (minus a week.) She's gained 13 lbs in 8 weeks. That's a little over a pound a week. Sounds good to me! Congratulations, and on the off chance that she's actually 11 months, God bless her for putting up with being pregnant that long!!

I think you mean 11 weeks. Average weight gain for the first three months is five pounds. If she was underweight that's probably fine but if her weight was average or more pre-pregnancy she might want to re-evaluate her diet. That was just a suggestion but concerns about weight gain should really be discussed with a doctor. Good luck.

world record if 11 months pregnant do u mean 11 weeks?
13 lbs is a lot maybe she is over eatting, but everybody is different, it could be retained water etc i would check with the midwife as there are a number of reasons why this maybe , and they require attention.. esp if she is not over eatting

11 months? Are you sure? If so what has her doctor done in the way of tests? And the weight gain is normal, the baby gains weight very fast once it is full term.
