Yes, they will mate, but more likely they will fur chew, start biting each other, or fighting. They are nearing the age that they should be separated. You could separate them right now. I recommend separating them by the time they are 10 weeks old. You really shouldn't have to worry about the two mating and the doe getting pregnant until both are about 4 months old, however the other problems I mentioned may start occurring pretty soon.

Definitely separate them!
They will mature very soon/quickly, and, before you know it, you'll have baby rabbits on your hands. They will mate even if they are from the same litter (that's how my friend ended up with 9+ rabbits at once).
Please get them spayed and neutered! Even if they are of the same gender, it should be done for health reasons. If you have a female, get her spayed before you neuter the male, because males can remain fertile up to a few months after they have been neutered, and you could still end up with babies.
Do, do, do separate them now, you reeeeally don't want to take the chance of keeping them together.
Also, here are some great sites on rabbits and spaying/neutering them:

Hope these help!

Rabbits don't care if they are siblings. When they hit sexual maturity they will mate and you will have a litter. Better safe than sorry and separate them now. When they are old enough (probably somewhere in the 4-6 months period) take them to a rabbit savvy vet for the neuter.
Here's some info on neutering and spaying:
http://homepage.mac.com/mattocks/morfz/rabrefs.html#spay
and links to finding a rabbit savvy vet in case you don't have one.
and http://homepage.mac.com/mattocks/morfz/rabvets.html
Please be sure your vet sends your bunnies home with 2-3 days of pain meds just in case!

What you will desire to do is do away with all of the scents and toys of the rabbit that died. you could desire to sparkling each and all of the indications of the mate, so at last the different rabbit will overlook appropriate to the lack of his buddy, and optimistically flow on residing like he had in the previous.

According to Fawn and her brother Bob and their 7 lovely children, yes they will breed. So quickly now before they hit 3 months separate the little darlings or you will have many many more darlings to try and figure out what to do with them.... NO Mr. Snake man you may not have them.

I am so amazed that there are people that really think a rabbit can tell that the rabbit next to them is a brother or sister.
Animals will breed with ANY other of the same species. They cannot tell if it is a father,mother,brother,sister..COUSIN..whatever!! They do not know or care.
THEY WILL MATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
