"Hide and Seek" by Imogen Heap (my favorite right now)
"Box of Rain" by Grateful Dead
"Dante's Prayer" by Loreena McKennit
"Memphis Skyline" by Rufus Wainwright
"Paranoid Android" by Radiohead
"Breathe Me" by Sia
"Samson" by Regina Spektor
I could keep going....there are SO many songs that I'll be listening to, and think "wow, this would be even more amazing on headphones" Most of my picks are kind of slow/sad-ish songs, but they are really beautiful and intense with headphones.

"On the Run" by Pink Floyd.

It's pretty much done entirely with synchornizers and the effects are crazy. The sound goes all over the place as much as the notes and rhythm stay the same.
